The test bench-PYT series is a kind of equipment that can be applied to check the airtightness of the injectors assembly and the quality of the atomization.TheP-HT-test bench is the instrument that can be used to check the airtightness of the Injection valve seat and the atomization quality.The main engine drive adopts frequency conversion vertical direction,which has the characteristics of accurate speed regulation, minor trends, dependable performance, low noise.The speed and load of the test bench can be set in random number.that is to say,it can have constant speed and load, or vice versa .
The test bench can check various small injectors assembly and the Injection valve’s seat’s airtightness,test the quality of the atomization as well.The products are equiped with intelligent instrument,whch can display the opening pressure in data,as welll as the time of the airtightness.
1.The test bench can make Deutz serial diesel injectors: 200, 300, 390; caterpillar serial diese close coupled pump injectors:3406 3408.It can also do atomization test of the in-line pump diesel injectors,as well as the opening pressure test and the overall sealing test .
